Order confirmation

Case study · WordPress plugin
A WordPress plugin I built to confirm cash-on-delivery orders before shipping and convert them to prepaid UPI payments, to help stores cut refused deliveries (RTO).
Start a projectCash on delivery is how most Indian shoppers pay, and it costs stores when orders are refused at the door (RTO). I built this plugin to hold new COD orders until the customer confirms, offer a prepaid UPI option with a discount, and flag risky orders for the shop, without ever blocking a sale. It was released on WordPress.org in October 2026.

Key features

A new “Awaiting COD confirmation” status reserves stock while the customer confirms by email through a signed, expiring link.

Every new COD order gets a Low, Medium or High risk flag on the order screen. It informs the shop and never blocks the order.

See how many COD orders were confirmed, switched to paying now or refused at delivery, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
