Privacy policy
This website, divyeshghediya.in, is run by me, Divyesh Ghediya, a full-stack developer based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. This page explains what personal information the site collects and how I use it.
What I collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you enter in the contact form:
- your first and last name
- your email address
- your phone number and country code
- the service you’re interested in
- your message
The site itself doesn’t set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers, and it doesn’t load anything from other websites while you browse, except for the contact form’s spam check (see “Spam protection” below).
How I use it
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible project with you. I don’t sell your information, share it with anyone for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Where your information goes
When you send the form, your details are delivered to me through this website’s hosting. They aren’t published anywhere on the site.
Spam protection
To keep spam out, the contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA. When you start filling in the form, your browser loads reCAPTCHA from Google. It collects information such as your IP address, browser details and how you use the page, and may set cookies, to check that the form is being sent by a person rather than a bot. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details only as long as I need them to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any records I’m required to keep. After that, I delete them.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it at any time. Send your request through the contact form or a message on LinkedIn.
Links to other websites
This site links to my profiles on LinkedIn, GitHub, WordPress.org, freelance platforms and social networks. Those websites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If I change how the site handles personal information, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
