Opportunities
Services required, cost and quotation, exchange rates, tasks and status filters, with a contract created straight from the opportunity.

Case study · Koa API & React
The sales CRM of Innoways’ relocation management system, which I worked on from 2023 to 2024: companies, opportunities, contracts and sales activities, on a Koa and MySQL API with a React front end.
Start a projectBetween June 2023 and June 2024 I worked on both the Koa and Sequelize API and the React app, mainly on opportunities (services required, exchange rates, tasks and creating contracts from them), contracts (create, copy, services and search), sales activities, the company and contact APIs, search filters and the JSON-driven dynamic forms. The CRM shares its data with the wider relocation system.

Key features
Koa, Sequelize, MySQL and Redis; React with Redux and MUI; Excel exports; Docker and Nginx. The images are diagrams, not screenshots.
Services required, cost and quotation, exchange rates, tasks and status filters, with a contract created straight from the opportunity.

Contracts can be created, copied and searched, with their services; companies go through approval and keep their addresses, contacts, groups and notes.

Sales activities and enquiries, reports, dynamic forms, document templates, access rights and data sync settings.

Other web apps and APIs I’ve built.
Node.js and MongoDB platform that connects relocation companies’ systems: inbound and outbound connections, mapping with formulas, queues and alerts.

Multi-tenant membership system for Hong Kong professional bodies: Koa and MongoDB API, React member portal and back office.
