GIMA: an intranet portal for a relocation group
GIMA brings a company’s apps, news, documents, timesheets and staff records into one portal. It is built by a larger team at Innoways; I contributed the automatic creation of staff mailboxes on the IceWarp mail server.

GIMA is SiiA Group’s intranet portal, live at gima.app. In June 2024 I extended its staff maintenance form: when HR adds someone, GIMA now signs in to the IceWarp mail server’s admin API, checks whether the person’s address already exists for that company’s email domain, and creates the mailbox if it doesn’t. I also fixed the JSON export of dashboard blocks so it leaves out internal IDs.
